Prof. Oyelowo E. Oyewo is the Attorney General of Oyo State and Commissioner for Justice. He hails from Ibadan South East Local Government, Oyo State. He is a graduate of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University); University of Lagos; and University of California, Los Angeles, USA, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.

He is an experienced Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and legal service and consultancy industry. Constitutional Law, Administrative Law Government, and the Legal Practice sector, are the areas of his lawyering and legal service delivery skills. Has proven capacity and capability in writing, editing, lecturing, legal advocacy and public speaking. Strong educational and professional background, graduated from Nigerian Law School, and admitted to both the Nigerian Bar and the State Bar of California. An Attorney-General and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN)
